I discovered a local thrift store throwing out donations with little discernible reason. I started making regular stops on my way home. One night I found five black plastic garbage bags with tightly knotted drawstrings. I peeked inside one, then another - these were not typical of other dumped donations - I grabbed all five bags. As I began to sort through the items, i discovered they all seemed to belong to the same man. I looked him up and discovered he had died several days before.
